Sol Y Sombra

Glass: Old-fashioned
Garnish: none
Method: muddle grapefruit, orange and sugar in base of glass. Add rum and fill with crushed ice. Stir well and float Creme de Mure.
Ingredients:
¼ pink grapefruit, cut into wedges
¼ orange, cut into wedges
2 barspoons demerara sugar
50ml Mount Gay Eclipse rum
12.5ml Creme de Mure

The Cilantropist

Glass: martini
Garnish: single coriander leaf
Method: shake all ingredients with ice and fine-strain into chilled martini glass.
Ingredients:
50ml Plymouth Gin
12.5ml Limoncello liqueur
1 dash Martini Extra Dry Vermouth
1 dash Angostura Bitters
3 leaves fresh coriander

Watermelon Man

Glass: highball
Garnish: physalis
Method: muddle watermelon and grapefruit in base of shaker. Add liquids and shake with ice; strain into ice-filled glass.
Ingredients:
1 thick slice of watermelon
¼ pink grapefruit
50ml Sagatiba cachaca
25ml Gomme syrup
25ml pineapple juice

Garnish: n/a
Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into shot glass.
Ingredients:
25ml Grand Marnier
12.5ml Green Chartreuse
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
Notes: makes two shots.
