Maple & Cranberry Treacle
Glass: Old-fashioned
Garnish: Orange zest twist
Method: Stir maple syrup and bitters with two cubes of ice in the base of the glass. Gradually add the rum and more ice, stirring continuously. Once all the rum is in, add a float of cranberry juice.
Ingredients:
15ml Maple syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
50ml Bacardi 8yr old
Float cranberry juice
