Method: muddle grapefruit, orange and sugar in base of glass. Add rum and fill with crushed ice. Stir well and float Creme de Mure.
Ingredients:
¼ pink grapefruit, cut into wedges
¼ orange, cut into wedges
2 barspoons demerara sugar
50ml Mount Gay Eclipse rum
12.5ml Creme de Mure
