Watermelon Man

Glass: highball
Garnish: physalis
Method: muddle watermelon and grapefruit in base of shaker. Add liquids and shake with ice; strain into ice-filled glass.
Ingredients:
1 thick slice of watermelon
¼ pink grapefruit
50ml Sagatiba cachaca
25ml Gomme syrup
25ml pineapple juice
